Each piece is handcrafted by skilled Indian artisans using fine fabrics like Dola Silk, Chinon, Khadi Georgette, HO Silk, and Organza, detailed with Zardozi,
Siroski, Jarkan, and Stone Work.
Where are your sarees made?
All our sarees are proudly made in India, crafted with love and artistry from our design studios and handwork units across Surat and Jaipur.
How can I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select your favourite saree, and click Add to Cart.
You can also place your order directly through WhatsApp: 9844756050 for a more personal experience.
Do I need an account to shop?
No, you can check out as a guest. But having an account helps you track orders and access special rewards.
.What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallet payments.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select pincodes โ just message us to
confirm.
Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. Your payment data is encrypted and processed through trusted, PCI compliant gateways.
Do you ship all over India?
Yes, we deliver pan India with free shipping on all orders.
Dispatch takes 5โ7 working days for ready stock and 10โ12 days for handwork or custom sarees.
How can I track my order?
Once your saree is dispatched, youโll receive an email or WhatsApp with the tracking link. You can also contact us anytime for updates.
What if my parcel arrives damaged?
We pack every saree with utmost care. If your parcel arrives damaged, please share
an unboxing video and images within 24 hours of delivery, and our support team will assist you immediately.
What is your return policy?
Since every piece is handcrafted and delicate, we accept exchanges only for damaged or defective products. Requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery with unboxing video proof.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasnโt been shipped yet, you can request a cancellation by contacting us on WhatsApp or email. Custom/pre-book sarees once processed cannot be cancelled.
Are all sarees exactly like the images shown?
We try to capture true colours under natural light, but minor variations may occur due to lighting or screen differences.
Handcrafted details like zardozi or stones may slightly vary โ making each saree beautifully unique.
How do I care for my handwork sarees?
- Prefer dry cleaning only.
- Store in a soft, breathable bag (we provide one with every purchase).
- Avoid hanging heavy sarees for long periods; keep folded neatly.
- Keep away from perfumes or direct sunlight to preserve fabric sheen.
